ABOUT THE ALBUM

2026 Limited Edition “Blueberry Jam & Strawberry Splatter” Vinyl
BPV1757 • 500 Units Worldwide • UPC 732131699722

A landmark debut that helped launch In This Moment onto the global metal stage, Beautiful Tragedy (2007) remains a cornerstone release that blended metalcore intensity with European-influenced melodic sensibilities. Maria Brink’s dynamic vocals—ranging from delicate and vulnerable to razor-edged and ferocious—set this album apart from the pack upon its release, earning it a reputation as one of the most compelling albums of its era.

Now available again in this 2026 limited-edition vinyl variant, Beautiful Tragedy arrives on a vibrant Blueberry Jam & Strawberry Splatter colorway—its first time ever in this configuration and strictly limited to 500 units worldwide. Previous pressings have long since disappeared from retailers, becoming highly collectible among ITM fans. This edition preserves the acclaimed Rob Colwell vinyl remaster and includes the full Japan-only bonus tracks for a complete definitive experience on wax.

The album’s standout tracks—“Beautiful Tragedy,” “Daddy’s Falling Angel,” “Ashes,” and “Whispers of October”—showcase the band’s early mastery of melody, aggression, and emotional depth. With international touring alongside Megadeth, Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Lacuna Coil, and Within Temptation soon following, this release marks the moment In This Moment broke through and began ascending toward worldwide recognition.
